The Grand Marquee at Burntwood Rugby Club
The much anticipated Summer Ball is just a few weeks away, and we only have a couple of tables remaining.
Situated in ‘The Grand Marquee’ at the club on Saturday 2nd July, this special event is open to members, non members and their guests, and once again promises to be a great evening. It is dress to impress, so black tie, ball gowns and cocktail dresses are advised, to make it a truly special evening.
So what can you expect from the evening?
7pm – Drinks Reception
A chance to show off your beautiful outfits, and take in the beauty of The Grand Marquee.
7.30pm – Seated at tables
You will be seated at your tables ready for your 3 course meal.
7.45pm – Your meal will be served
This is the time to enjoy your delicious 3 course meal created by Brian Watts of Watts Professional Catering Services. You are in great hands, as Brian has been a chef at several high profile restaurants, including The Savoy.
You will also have chance to take advantage of our well stocked bar, which has a large selection of premium beers, lagers, ciders, wines and spirits.
8.45pm – Dance Floor Deluxe
After taking advantage of our drinks, you may feel the need to dance, which is why we have live entertainment from West Midlands based band Dance Floor Deluxe, who deliver the best in Soul, Disco, Motown, R & B, Funk, Ska and Northern Soul which is guaranteed to get you on your feet.
The rest of the evening – Pete McKenzie Disco
We’ll be finishing the night with even more music delight from renowned local DJ Pete McKenzie, playing all of your favourite tunes from the sixties through to the noughties, to dance the rest of your night away.
